Sales Price

Prices are displayed for each service and vary depending on the customized itinerary, travel arrangements, photography or videography requirements, and services requested by the customer.

A detailed quotation will be provided before booking confirmation.

Standard travel service fees include:

• Proposal Fee: ¥30,000
• Deposit: ¥75,000 per person (12 years and older)
• Agency Fee: 20% of the total tour cost
• Handling Fee: 1.1% of the final payment amount

Photography and videography services are quoted separately depending on the project scope.

Time of Payment

Travel Services

Please complete payment according to the invoice provided.

• Proposal Fee: payable before itinerary planning begins
• Deposit: payable upon booking confirmation

If payment is not received by the specified deadline, the reservation may be cancelled.

Photography and Videography Services

Reservation fees or deposits must be paid to secure the booking date.

Remaining balances must be paid according to the invoice terms before or after the shoot, depending on the project.

Time of Delivery

Travel services will be provided according to the confirmed itinerary and agreed travel schedule.

Customized travel proposals will be delivered after confirmation of the Proposal Fee payment.

Photography and videography deliverables will be provided digitally within the estimated delivery timeline communicated before the project begins.
